The Winona Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) is now accepting player registrations for the Summer Competitive League (Boys & Girls—Ages 10-19).

Completed registration materials must includes:
1) 2010 Player Registration Form & Fee
2) Liability Release & Medical Consent Form
